Hello TheDanceGrad.com Readers! Today’s post shows you a brief Yoga for Dancers sequence that I created to warm up the body and open the hips! As dancers, you definitely need to release any tension you may have in the hip area as well as creating as much flexibility as possible. This sequence is a short one, but the postures can definitely be held longer for a deeper stretch. This would be the perfect brief warm up before class, auditions or any dance event where you need to be warmed up and ready to go!
