My Healthy Morning Routine

In keeping with trying to get with the “in-crowd” on YouTube, I decided to share my healthy morning routine that I do on most mornings before I start my day. The activities in this video include waking up, meditating, oil pulling, 2 healthy breakfast options, and my post-shower routine. If you’ve been following my blog regularly, you already know that I’ve been collecting these healthy habits over the past few months, and I just wanted to show everyone how I have been incorporating them into my mornings!
