#FeelGoodBlogging Challenge | Day 1

I love good challenge. I also love inspiring & entrepreneurial YouTubers who are cool, innovative & creative. Lately I have been enjoying YouTuber, Alex Beadon, and her inspiring & helpful videos. I also subscribed to her email list, and today I discovered the opportunity to participate in a #FeelGoodBlogging challenge! That means I will be blogging every day for the next 7 days (starting today) about topics provided by Alex.

Today’s topic is sort of introductory, and you’ll learn a little bit more about me, why I started blogging, and what I’ve been up to lately. So, let’s get started!

1. Who are you?

Hi, I’m Christina! Honestly, I am a million and one things. Seriously, the list could go on for days. I guess if I had to sum it up, I’d say I’m a person who aims to bring positivity & light into the world by helping people in any way that I can. I am a yoga teacher, writer, vlogger, & overall creative type who loves to have fun, travel, & be happy!

2. Why did you start blogging?

TheDanceGrad.com is not my first blog. I’ve had 3 other personal travel blogs, and a personal dance blog during my college years that I never promoted to the public. I basically used those as an outlet for whenever I needed to get something off my chest or share travel experiences with my loved ones. I began TheDanceGrad because I wanted to share my knowledge & experiences more publicly. I wanted my writing & creativity to reach as many people as possible. I love helping people, which is why my blog mainly consists of guides & how-to’s, and my main goal for this blog is that I benefit as many people as I can with the knowledge that I share.

3. Who is your blog for?

My blog is for dreamers. Its for creative-types. Its for young girls figuring out who they are. Its for travelers. Its for yogis & yoginis. Its for the health-conscious. Its for dancers. Its for students. Its for people looking to improve themselves. Its for anyone looking for inspiration. Its for YOU!

4. What’s something you’ve been working on lately that you’re REALLY proud of?

Lately I have been working A LOT on expanding my outreach for teaching yoga. I created a yoga-only YouTube channel (along with my vlog channel), a Facebook page for myself as a Yoga teacher (separate from my blog FB page), and I will be starting a donation yoga class to bring yoga into more people’s lives who live in my community! I am SO excited to share yoga with more people. I think that it completely nourishes and heals the soul, mind, & body all at the same time, and I know that everyone can benefit from it!!

5. What is one message that I hope people take away from your blog?

I want you to leave my blog feeling completely inspired. My greatest desire is that you go through my blog and say things like, “Ooo, I want to try that!” or “I want to visit that place!” or “Huh, I never thought of it that way.” I want to make you feel completely inspired to be the best person you can possibly be. That is my one wish for this blog.
