5 Mental Pick-Me-Ups

Happy Friday, everyone! Today I was finally able to upload a video blog. Although, I was only able to record it on my iPhone camera (still decent quality, but nothing compared to my DSLR), I still think that you’ll love the topic of today’s vlog anyway.

I’ve been a bit mentally “foggy” lately due to a variety of reasons, but I have been trying to think of ways to defog and refresh my brain so that I can go back to being productive. Therefore, I came up with 5 very simple mental pick-me-ups that anyone can do to quickly refresh their brain and get back to doing what’s needed throughout the day.

    Dancing is my favorite way to cheer up, especially goofy dancing :) But I also love to go for a walk, just to get some fresh air and clear my mind. Or cooking something special or just slowing down with whatever I do, that can feel like the most luxurious thing.
