Happy Friday, everyone! Today I was finally able to upload a video blog. Although, I was only able to record it on my iPhone camera (still decent quality, but nothing compared to my DSLR), I still think that you’ll love the topic of today’s vlog anyway.
I’ve been a bit mentally “foggy” lately due to a variety of reasons, but I have been trying to think of ways to defog and refresh my brain so that I can go back to being productive. Therefore, I came up with 5 very simple mental pick-me-ups that anyone can do to quickly refresh their brain and get back to doing what’s needed throughout the day.
