Hello everyone!! I’m proud to say that I survived week 1 of 4 for my No Sugar Challenge! It was  not an easy road, especially since day 3 was my birthday (no cake for me). It is making it a bit  easier that I’m currently staying with my parents at home and both of them are on diets as well.  If they were both eating “normally” while I had to cut out SO MUCH from my diet, I would  probably go a bit crazy. So, I’ve done “challenges” and posted about them before (i.e. 24 Day Fitness Challenge, and Yoga Teacher Training), but this one is the most “challenging” by far. For this No Sugar Challenge, I have decided to give up added, artificial, and refined sugar completely, and cut back on my overall sugar intake (fruit, brown rice, etc.) for 4 weeks. The fourth and final week of the YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) was great! A lot of it consisted of reviewing information that we already learned for our exam, but we also learned a about restorative yoga, arm balances, and some work at the Iyengar Wall.
